Somehow Sugar Glyder found themselves hundreds of miles away from their Charlotte, North Carolina home one evening in the Spring of 2009. Despite the distance between them and their stomping grounds (their blooming fan base almost an entire Eastern Seaboard away), the four members of the captivating Indie Rock band burst into their melodic and crashing songs from the first eerie measure.
The crisp drum work, haunting synthesizers, and anguished vocals of the Carolinians push along, building higher and higher in a frenzied cavalcade of hurt and wretchedness, the tension reaching its zenith before bursting. Glitter flies from a drum head. The band begins its next descant.
